These Terms govern access to and use of SeatAll’s websites, waitlists, and AI seating-planning tools ("Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into contracts. You represent that any information you submit is accurate.
2. Accounts & Waitlist
Keep access links or credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized use. You are responsible for activities that occur under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
- No scraping, reverse engineering, or high-volume automated requests.
- No use that violates laws, infringes rights, or interferes with others’ use of the Services.
- No uploading of content you do not own or have permission to provide.
4. Beta Features
Some functionality may be labeled beta or experimental. Those features are provided as-is and may change, be limited, or discontinued without notice.
5. Intellectual Property
SeatAll retains ownership of the Services, brand, and content. We grant you a limited, revocable license to use the Services solely for personal or internal event-planning purposes.
6. User Content
You grant SeatAll a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display content you submit solely to provide and improve the Services. You must ensure you have all necessary rights to the content you share.
7. Feedback
Suggestions or feedback are voluntary and may be used without obligation, attribution, or compensation.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the extent allowed by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
SeatAll is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any).
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify SeatAll from claims arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another person or entity.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, unless a different jurisdiction is required by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved in Delaware courts.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
